Following an early career in freelance journalism, Grant established Louis Kennedy in 1991 as an agency to make a 'real difference'. Passionate and proud about the creativity, integrity, positioning and measurable results of his agency's work, and an authority on Social Compliance, Grant now sits on Business Advisory panels for a number of UK charities while developing a programme to replicate Louis Kennedy's unique model overseas.

A seasoned industry judge and pioneer of ground-breaking fundraising initiatives, Grant's entrepreneurial flair and knowledge has made him renowned and respected by brand owners, retailers, licensors, charity trustees and philanthropists alike. In 2007, Grant co-founded Digital Giving, taking Cause-Related Entertainment to The Third Sector under this award-winning brand.
