POSTMAN PAT MAKES SPECIAL APPEARANCE IN ALL POST OFFICE BRANCHES

Postman Pat can now be seen in all 12,000 Post Office® branches across the UK through the sale of badges featuring the cartoon character out on his deliveries along side his cat companion Jess.

 

The sale of the five badges, specially designed and manufactured by Louis Kennedy, is part of Post Office’s support for the Barnardo’s Believe in Children Appeal - a month long event taking place during September which aims to help raise funds for Barnardo’s  work with some of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children in the UK.

BARCLAYS WELCOME ‘TRUSTY’ GUIDE DOGS!

 

Barclays branches across the UK are home to very special guide dogs between 20 July and 6 September – Trusty, the toy guide dog puppy who is helping to raise money for Guide Dogs.

 

The charity was chosen as one of Barclays' counter top appeal charities for 2010 and the ‘Bang on the Door’ style puppy will be sold for a donation of £2 in branches nationwide. Guide Dogs wants to raise over £100,000 from this appeal.
