St Mungo’s Woolly Hat Day

The objective:
Transform St Mungo’s Woolly Hat Day into the charity’s key income-raiser and awareness-driver within three years.

Louis Kennedy immersed itself in the organisation and carried out research, visiting projects and gathering feedback from management, staff and participants.

A strategy document was presented detailing priorities and setting out the essential tools that needed to be introduced to ensure future growth and the achievement of the target.
